A friend of mine ran the Hartford marathon today which is a BQ. Things didn't go his way but I know he'll be back stronger than ever. I thought this sort of summed it all up.

WTF are we doing on blogspot.com?
We weren't ready for the unexpected and Sauce got a DNF, so here we are; part-time athletes involved in the least glamorous sport there is. Triathlon: snot, sweat, spandex, vomit, flats and tantrums.
We think we're funny, like to hear ourselves talk and thought you would too.
