
here I am - smelling of chlorine with legs that do not want to climb any stairs ... every swim session reminds me running is the best part bike a close 2nd and swim a distant 3rd ... I'm trying so hard this week I have swum 3 consecutive days and after a really long shower plus body lotion my skin still smells of chlorine UG!

warm and fuzzy today... after Sundays bike wipeout (did I tell you about that?) he lay off my arms and GROAN (test leg movement) '
concentrated on my kick' for a full hour ...
