where do we start with this topic Sauce?

We were having coffee in one of our local cafes this morning.....

first the bad news ... I ever since I missed THE best shot in the world for tri and bitch my camera is in my bag.

the good news ... Sauce actually had the nerve to take the pic ...
BUT .. men's running shorts - there is enough to say about this to fill 10 blogspots!

thoughts Sauce?
(sorry the second one is outta focus - Sauce got over excited)

WTF are we doing on blogspot.com?

We weren't ready for the unexpected and Sauce got a DNF, so here we are; part-time athletes involved in the least glamorous sport there is. Triathlon: snot, sweat, spandex, vomit, flats and tantrums.

We think we're funny, like to hear ourselves talk and thought you would too.

Our aim is to encourage part-time athletes to get off their asses and do something. Debunk the myth that only obsessive, over trained Road runners can do tri's.

Sauce is living proof!
